At Project Flashlights, volunteering is not limited to completing tasks or collecting certificates. It is an opportunity to step outside your comfort zone, work closely with communities and understand realities that are often left unseen. Through our learning centres, campaigns, events and on-ground initiatives, volunteers become part of a space that values responsibility, empathy, creativity and action.

Whether you are teaching a child, helping organize a community event, managing operations behind the scenes, or simply showing up consistently. Every contribution becomes part of a larger effort towards dignity, learning and long-term change.

Our selection process is simple and human: we first understand your intent, interests, and expectations, and then help you find meaningful ways to contribute and grow with the organization.

Working with team Flashlights has been a life-changing experience for me. I am working with team flashlights from last 1 year 6 months and it was a wonderful experience, where I started from teaching kids in slum pathshala, teaching them dance, and now working for execution of our different projects.
